it is important to have regular group meetings because t helps us updated and keeps the group organized

A diary or book can keep us up to scheduled and organized. It also helps us to keep up with whats due and allow us to practice how to meet deadlines.
Another strategy is to have us work in pairs. This helps us work with our strengths and learn to cooperate.

problems i found in my group included: members not working or researching the allocated topics. members attempting to research but get off-task or distracted often. I also found that it was hard for us as a group to figure out what topics needed further research and setting our own deadlines within the group.

I consider Mother Teresa an inspiring person. Shewas a Roman Catholic nun who helped the poor, sick, orphaned, and dying for over 40 years.

i consider her inspiring because she has helped many people and inspired even more to help. She even has a charity named after her. Today Mother Teresa’s missionaries of Charity had over 4,000 sisters operating in over 120 countries.

According to www.holyfamilybordeaux.org/glossary.html Charism defines as “A spiritual gift given for the good of the Church to an individual or group of people, especially in a religious community.”

Marist Charisms include; A spirit defined by a sense of family, a love of our work, simplicity, presence and in the way of Mary.

*The Marist charism involves “a love of our work” and which means that they are keen and eager to complete anything in life. “A spirit defined by a sense of family” is basically a love for all those who you deeply care about. Simplicity is another charism and it focuses on being true to ourselves in order to complete life. In parramatta marist i have seen charisms such as humble and modest relationships between a student and a teacher. I see love enthusiasim in the faces of students when they are working together. I also can see the charism of “presence” in Marist when attending in swimming carnivals and walk-a-thons.

We can create a better sense of ‘Marist Family’ in Parramatta Marist by creating more workshops and teaching stundents to work together to create a sense of teamwork. This can eb achieved through PBL
